Recording and Image Waiver

Online is Easy reserves the right to broadcast and transmit recorded content via TV, Satellite, Cable, Internet, and any other means of distribution.

1. I authorise Online is Easy and its partners to take or capture my photos and videos and I agree to be filmed, photographed and recorded and I understand that my identity may be revealed as a result.

2. I understand that I will not receive any monetary compensation and that all photos and videos that will be taken in this activity are copyrighted by Online is Easy.

3. I authorise Online is Easy to distribute and reproduce the materials for the following purposes: portfolio showcase, advertising, marketing, branding, educational, digital promotions, internet videos, online courses, media, other commercial or non-commercial purposes.

4. I grant Online is Easy to use my photos and videos on LinkedIn, Youtube, Vimeo, Facebook,  Instagram, and other social media platforms.

5. I understand that Online is Easy will use all content in a respectful and positive manner and I do not permit the use of these materials in a way that can harm my reputation or others. I understand that I may make a request to remove or alter an image of me however I understand that once posted or shared Online is Easy my have limited ability to control the image..

6. I understand that the materials taken on this event will be covered with this document only.

7. I release Online is Easy and its partners from all liability and obligations from any claim for injury, illnesses, claims, or demands.
